Congratulations on making it through to the end of my 4-part free e-course.
It’s important to remember:
True self-love must be a habit – a continuous chain of mental exercises manifesting in small but growing behaviours in all areas of your life.
You may not have managed to complete all the exercises set over the course. And that’s ok. It’s not important to succeed all at once. To make an instant change overnight.
What is important is to recognize that you have not loved yourself sufficiently, and rather looked to others for validation in the past.
And that you have taken at least one BIG step in the right direction by making it to the end of this course. That took dedication, and commitment. And you should feel a sense of accomplishment for making it this far.
So, take a moment to close your eyes. Relax your shoulders. And take a big, deep breath in. Hold it for a few seconds, then breathe out.
Focus on your breathing for a few moments and let go over everything else. Block out everything around you.
Then repeat this affirmation, out loud, or quietly to yourself:
Taking care of myself is important and necessary. I will start prioritizing my health and wellbeing.
